At the start of the game, the player who goes second has 3 Evolution Points. You can use an Evolution Point toward paying an [Evolve] cost by flipping this card over so that the card back is showing. An Evolution Point is equal to 1 play point. (Only 1 Evolution Point can be used per evolution.)
