Shipping fees
Shipping fees are calculated according to the weight, size and mechanical readably of the sent articles. Because all products we sent are not mechanical readably, the post office calculates upper prices (since May 2011). The basis for the calculation are the fares of the Austrian Mail Service (Österreichische Post AG, www.post.at).
If the product value is more than 20 Euro, products are generally sent by registered mail ("Einschreiben"). With this additional "Einschreiben"-service the letter is registered with an ID-code and can therefore be identified. You have to sign a notice of receipt at delivery. The fee for that service is 2.64 Euro within Austria and 4,38 Euro for worldwide delivery.
For worldwide delivery we use "Priority"-service (airmail or otherwise fastest method of delivery). Priority mail will be handled preferentially in country of origin and country of arrival. Average delivery time is between 2 and 4 days within Europe and between 3 and 7 days worldwide.
